If the answer is yes to the above questions, you might be interested in a fantastic opportunity within Service Design & Innovation.  We are recruiting a Service Development Executive to join our team. We are keen to hear from people who can demonstrate capability in developing new products and services, and are ready to work across a varied portfolio collaborating with stakeholders and suppliers to create high quality experiences for our customers. In terms of your daily duties we can tell you that working in the service design and innovation team means your work will be fast paced, challenging and very worthwhile.

This is a full time, fixed term contract until 31st March 2019 and will be based in Glasgow.

About You

You’ll have demonstrable work experience equivalent to SCQF level 9 or be educated to degree level.  The successful candidate will be able to manage a new product or service idea from inception through to delivery. You'll be able to lead and manage projects, be results driven and able to maintain a focus on the project objectives.  You’ll have a good eye for detail and understand what makes good design; be capable of creative; be innovative thinking with excellent problem solving skills and have a customer focused approach, demonstrating a good understanding of the needs of our customers.
