By registering on our portal, we will hold and process your personal information to create and manage your account and, where applicable, to transfer your details into our HR system should your application be successful. Your information will be anonymised after 12 months of inactivity. We collect this information to administer your application and, if required, to share relevant details with approved third parties for pay, pension, and taxation purposes in line with our Privacy Policy. This information will not be shared with hiring managers, as SDS operates an anonymous application process.
