About You and the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Director or Senior Manager to join our dynamic team and talented team during a time of transformation in our service delivery.  You’ll lead the successful delivery of all aspects of the Information Technology (IT) services across the Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) shared services.

This will include all frontline services within Service Delivery; IT Operations, EIS Programme Management Office (EIS PMO) and EIS Supplier Management.

You will provide inspirational leadership by creating the vision and setting the direction for the EIS senior management to achieve excellence. This involves building capable and confident teams and shaping the service offerings and delivery to be future-ready, through management processes, designed to deliver service excellence and value-based results for our partners.

You’ll oversee the delivery of both a high-quality EIS Service and a portfolio of change programmes ensuring the active delivery against specific Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). You’ll be accountable for the financial management and governance of IT Operations and change projects. You’ll also provide technical support and advice to partners to ensure strong awareness and enablement of developments within Cloud, AI/Digital and ICT arenas.

To achieve success in this role, you’ll need to be highly motivated and have the vision, passion, and technical expertise necessary to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Your efforts will accelerate the transformation of our EIS service delivery while also focusing on developing your team so that every member has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
